1. Personal Documents

• Valid Passport (at least 1-year validity remaining)
• Citizenship Certificate (original and photocopy)
• Recent Passport-sized Photographs (white background)

2. Educational & Training Documents

• Academic Certificates (as per job category)
• Training or Skill Certificates (if available)
• Language Proficiency Certificates (if applicable, e.g., English, Japanese, etc.)

3. Experience Documents

• Experience Letters from previous employers (if any)
• Work Reference Certificates

4. Medical & Legal Documents

• Medical Fitness Report from an authorized medical center
• Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

5. Additional Documents (as per destination country)

• Visa Copy (if already issued)
• Demand Letter / Employment Contract
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE)
